U.S. visa issuances in July 2018

U.S. posts issued 884,357 nonimmigrant visas in July 2018, about the same as the 882,279 of the previous month and 0% against the same month a year earlier (884,951).
42,405 immigrant visas were issued in the month, against 42,550 a year earlier.
The largest posts were Beijing (48,267), Shanghai (48,054) and Mexico City (47,990); 223 posts appear in the month's tables.
B1/B2 at 57.5%, BBBCC at 10.2% and F1 at 10.1% made up the largest shares of the month's nonimmigrant issuances.
