F4 is the State Department's symbol for "Family fourth preference: brother or sister of U.S. citizen at least 21 years of age, spouse and child (F41, F42, F43)". 4,502 F4 immigrant visas were issued worldwide in September 2025, down 22% on September 2024 (5,752), 9.8% of the month's immigrant issuances and the 4th largest class of 49.
