U.S. posts issued 810,378 nonimmigrant visas in July 2019, about the same as the 782,583 of the previous month and -8% against the same month a year earlier (884,357).

39,568 immigrant visas were issued in the month, against 42,405 a year earlier.

The largest posts were Mexico City (47,184), Shanghai (39,240) and Guangzhou (28,602); 222 posts appear in the month's tables.

B1/B2 at 55.1%, F1 at 10.7% and BBBCC at 10.5% made up the largest shares of the month's nonimmigrant issuances.
