U.S. posts issued 755,973 nonimmigrant visas in December 2023, about the same as the 815,973 of the previous month and +1% against the same month a year earlier (747,686).

46,279 immigrant visas were issued in the month, against 45,945 a year earlier.

The largest posts were Mexico City (47,305), Sao Paulo (43,891) and Monterrey (41,982); 217 posts appear in the month's tables.

B1/B2 at 56.7%, BBBCC at 19.7% and F1 at 5.7% made up the largest shares of the month's nonimmigrant issuances.
