U.S. visa issuances in February 2024

U.S. posts issued 861,383 nonimmigrant visas in February 2024, about the same as the 875,162 of the previous month and +1% against the same month a year earlier (853,572).
51,563 immigrant visas were issued in the month, against 46,951 a year earlier.
The largest posts were Monterrey (57,033), Mexico City (53,956) and Sao Paulo (42,111); 217 posts appear in the month's tables.
B1/B2 at 59.7%, BBBCC at 18.5% and H2A at 3.9% made up the largest shares of the month's nonimmigrant issuances.
