U.S. visa issuances in March 2022

U.S. posts issued 678,586 nonimmigrant visas in March 2022, more than the 484,571 of the previous month and +161% against the same month a year earlier (260,493).
47,555 immigrant visas were issued in the month, against 21,670 a year earlier.
The largest posts were Monterrey (70,838), Mexico City (43,584) and Sao Paulo (31,263); 215 posts appear in the month's tables.
B1/B2 at 49.7%, BBBCC at 15% and H2A at 6.3% made up the largest shares of the month's nonimmigrant issuances.
